Ideal for use as small warehouses, in gardens to keep tools, in workshops for spare parts and small material, etc. The demountable containers of Tiandi are high quality products based on 0.80 mm thick galvanized plate.
The welding points are executed based on a special joint system by pressure points that do not damage the galvanizing, thus eliminating any possibility of rust points. They can be easily mounted and demounted by two people in less than 15 minutes. They can be transported suspended by four hooks on the roof withstanding weights of up to 3 tons, and come with furrows so they can be handled with forklift trucks.
There is also a wide range of accessories and complements such as flat shelving and racks, with compartments, safety bars, safety padlocks, condensation resistant roofs, aluminium floors, access ramps, fixed and sliding windows, etc. The standard floors are in maximum resistance damp-proof OSB wood.
The frame of the demountable system container is made from high quality galvanized structure steel by using 100% unwelded structure technology . Exterior surface is made from galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet which is firstly film covered and painted afterwards. The interior surface and ceiling cladding is PVC; upon request fibercement lam can be used as well.
Wall insulation material is 60mm thick expanded polystyrene foam(16kg/m³) with class B1 fire resistancy ; roof insulation is provided by 80mm matress glasswool (14kg/m³). Floor surface is 2.5mm thick PVC roll-over over 15-16mm thick Ply wood.
Standard base camp accommodation / office structures ship flat but assemble quickly into 2.40mt x 6.00mt modular containers with nicely finished interiors. Containers can be joined together to make large, open plan structures or can stand-alone as living accommodations or office shelters.
Demountable flatpack containers are designed for stacking in their disassembled and assembled forms. Minimal lifting equipment required for assembly. Can be erected with minimal foundation (level blocks, shims). Disassembled containers allow for low ocean / road transport costs.

Introduction:

1.The container houses can be transportated as a whole easliy for many times.
2 .It is easy to ship, its wall and roof panel can be choosen from sandwich panel with EPS PU or Rock Wool,and its inner board is wooden board or plasterborad. After folding for shippment, the packing size is very small and 6 units of container houses can be loaded into a 40 feet container.
3. Installation of the Container Prefabricated House is time-saving,the roof, floor and electricity system are prefabricated and we will send experienced engineers to there for guding the installation.
4.The foundation of container house is easy to make, only tight and flat ground is enough and no need to do the concrete foundation.

Technical properties of module steel system TIANDI office living containers
The products that are manufactured by our side are TSEK and ISO 9001- quality certified.
Technical data: snow load 80 kg/ m 2, external wall heat conducting coefficient k: 0.73 kcal/ m 2 hc, moving floor load is 200 kg/ m 2.
1-Walls: At the outer surfaces of the external walls, DKP trapezoid sheet metal in 35 mm pitch depth, as heat insulation expanded polystyrene foam( 10/12 kg/ m 3) in 40 mm thickness is being used at internal and external walls.
2. Roof coating: It is galvanized sheet metal of trapezoid cross section in 0.55 mm thickness and 27 mm pitch depth, the rain waters are evacuated by corner columns.
3-Ceiling coating: Fiber glass of 80 mm thickness for heat insulation and for ceiling coating PVC panels is being used.
4-Doors: the door chassis are made of steel and external doors are insulated metal doors, internal doors are MDF contra press door. The dimensions of external doors are 800 X 1950 mm.
5-Windows: The window joineries are PVC based; single glass in 4 mm thickness is installed. The window dimensions are 90/ 110 cm and they may vary upon request. In the units for ventilation, aluminum shutters or fans are being used.
6-Floor: Marley ( folio coated on top of 300 x 300 X 1.6 mm) is being used as floor coating over the cemented chipboard plates in 16 mm thickness installed on horizontal profiles.
7-Sanitary installations: The installations are made plaster depth. Clean water piping are FIRAT brand. The tea furnace is chrome steel kitchen sink. Wash basins and lavatory bowls are DOGVIT brand.
8-Electrical installation: The electrical installation is hidden, laid in plaster depth. The cables are HES brand, for the fuses Siemens automates are used. For the sockets cables of 2 X 2.5, lighting 2 X 1.5 are used. The keys and sockets are VIKO brand. In each room, there is one key, one socket and one telephone socket. Split air conditioning installation will be made at the container.
9. Paint: At the external surfaces of the container, double layer industrial coating and double layer industrial paint is being applied.
10-Dimensions: The 1 type containers are in the dimension of 3.00 X 7.00 X 2.6 and the 2 nd type containers are 2.40 x 6.00 X 2.6.
11-Lifting system: The loading work is being made by connection of the steel cables with equal distance to the hidden eye bolts mounted on corners to the locks. As the WC, shower containers are manufactured from gelatinized sheet metal without insulation they may also be manufactured with insulation. The containers can be manufactured two or more layered upon request.
The reinforced concrete of the floor, heating and cooling installations and external building lines, accommodation between cities, lodging, transportation and transportation insurance belongs to customer.
The right of modifying of the technical specifications belongs to TIANDI prefabricated.
Why TIANDI container ?
In our country and in the world; when office living steel mono block construction is considered; excluding the work site buildings or emergency accommodation needs after the earth quake, mostly only the living containers with outer surface is made out of bent sheet metal insulated type steel construction elements and generally single or multi floored containers are considered.

8-Washbasin facets, purity facets can be mounted to sanitary installation and the purity facets are ECESAN brand.
9-Flush tanks are suspended or connected to the rear of closet. The reservoirs are mounted with crimped hoses or flat pipes. The reservoirs are TEMA branded.
10- The tiles are Kalebodur branded. Special Canakkale ceramic branded ceramic has been installed as a wet surface of the toilet containers.
11- For shower container, excluding the other properties water plumbing has been installed with marble cast shower basin siphon of 70 X 70, shower basin, ECE branded cold and hot phoned shower armature, cold and hot sanitary installation, soap holder and hot water installation has been installed for water heater in the shower cabins.
12- The floor of the container has been manufactured from profile material of 2 mm thickness. Profile chassis has been painted with anticorrosive paint. For the floor of the toilet, cabin is raised 20 cm from ground for S and over the fiber cement board of 16 mm thickness, white colored ceramic is bonded in dimension of 20 X 20 and filled with jointing mortar.
13- Other vitreous materials like tissue paper holder, faucet mirror, hanger, plastic framed mirror set; ground screen, wash basin siphon, closet cover and other connection parts have been attached to toilet WC units.
14- The polyester water tank can be placed over the toilet containers up to 1.000 lt upon request. Additional waste water tank can be manufactured upon request. The installed water tanks are additional accessories.
15-As an accessory, 16 cm or 20 cm fan can be mounted.
16- As an accessory, water heaters can be mounted in the shower cabins.
17- Upon request special additional urinal and lavatory with footrest can be installed.

WC Shower containers
Mobile WC Shower containers (toilet bath) are assembled series and rapidly to meet your demands at your work site organizations and earthquake regions.
If necessary they may be mobile an upon request clean water tank can be installed on top of the container that is applied with transportable trailer. At the bottom of toilet and shower containers if there is not any water connection, waste water tank can be made to be buried under ground. After the waste water tank is filled, you may easily draw the waste with the sewage truck. WC shower toilets containers can be manufactured with closeted WC, Turkish style toilet and toilet with urinal lavatory shower system (bathroom) WC shower mobile container units upon request.
